I know there is at least one animal communication discussion group on yahoo groups, but I’m not a member, so don’t really know the specifics. There are also a number of animal communicators on Facebook. Some have business pages, such as mine, where there are discussion forums … my own is fairly inactive, however. Many simply use it as a way to be notified when I post a blog update.
