Hello, Friends ... Human and Otherwise!

Important Note: Due to technical problems with the original server software, some changes have been made. Please note the new unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of this email. The instructions you received in your "welcome" message are no longer valid.

Welcome to the first issue of my animal communication newsletter. I've begun this in an effort to keep in better touch with my clients, and with those who have requested information about my services. Please note that you can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time -- instructions will be at the bottom of every issue. I do honor all unsubscribe requests, and I will never, ever share your contact information with others. In addition, if you have a friend whom you think might like to receive these little missives, please feel free to forward this letter to them.

The newsletter will be sent out every other month, unless feedback indicates strongly that clients would like to see it more or less often. There is an email link in every issue to contact me with your suggestions. However, replying to this email itself won't work, as it is being sent from an "announcements only" server. Please use the link at the bottom if you would like to contact me.

This issue is primarily an introduction, as well as a request for clients to submit ideas of what they would like to see included. The letters will be fairly short -- I want to keep in touch, not overwhelm you :-) -- so keep that in mind when making suggestions. I'd also love to feature your animal friends in each issue. If you have experienced something, learned something, shared something with your animal friend(s) via our communication sessions together that you think others might enjoy reading, please submit a short paragraph or three about your experience to allcreatures@gazehound.com, and I will include it in an upcoming issue. Photos are also welcome. Although I won't be including them in the email newsletter, to respect those mail programs that don't handle graphics well, I'll be creating a fully formatted copy of each issue that can be accessed on the web via a link at the bottom of the emails.

On that note, if you are having trouble viewing this newsletter (it is in html format), please let me know. I'll try my best to figure out a way that everyone can enjoy it without any hassles!

Well, short and sweet to start with, and I look forward to hearing from you and keeping in touch in this, hopefully, pleasant way.

"Blackie", feline friend of the Stubbs family, says he's not bad luck! How could such a handsome boy be bad luck?

Black Cats: Did You Know.....?

...that although superstition has considered them bad luck in many places for centuries, in some parts of England and Scotland, all-black cats are thought of as good luck? In fact some European legends state that it's not black cats, but white cats, that are bad luck if they cross your path!

Some cultures believe it's good luck to allow a stray black cat into your home. Blackie, left, is sure glad! That's how he found his own wonderful family!

Personally, I think all cats are lucky!

Happy Halloween!

Pree's Talk-To-Me Tips
Would you like to understand your animal friends more clearly? One of the most important things you can do for your own communication skills is to learn to trust what you hear. So often, a thought will come "out of the blue", and people second guess themselves. Trust that little inner voice ... very often it really is your animal friend speaking to you!
